Who We Are

Founded in 2021 as a spin-off from FirstUnion, Maxcore develops cannabis vape hardware around oil behavior, ceramic heating, and atomization performance. Our work supports B2B cannabis brands across product research, oil compatibility testing, custom hardware development, and production scale-up. By connecting R&D with commercial execution, we help partners turn product concepts into differentiated, market-ready hardware.

Why Cannabis Vape Brands Work with Maxcore

POSTLESS® Technology for Cannabis Vape Brands

Unlike conventional vape designs built around a central metal post and cotton wick, Maxcore Vape's POSTLESS® Technology uses a center-post-free, cotton-free structure developed for cannabis oil hardware. The design helps reduce direct contact between oil and internal metal components, minimize cotton-related burnt taste, and keep oil levels clearly visible.

Developed for cannabis vape brands, the platform can be configured for a broad range of oil formulations and device formats. Its commercial use across POSTLESS® products provides practical evidence of the platform's maturity and reliability.

Maxcore holds patents covering core aspects of POSTLESS® Technology and has registered POSTLESS® as a trademark. Together, these intellectual property protections strengthen Maxcore's position as a cannabis vape technology company focused on proprietary ceramic atomization and differentiated hardware for brand partners.

An Oil-Driven Approach to Cannabis Vape R&D

At Maxcore, hardware development starts with the oil. Rather than applying one standard heating solution to every formulation, Maxcore R&D evaluates oil composition, viscosity, flow behavior, and atomization characteristics before defining the device and heating configuration.

Based on these findings, our engineers select an appropriate ceramic substrate and develop a corresponding heating-track design for the target oil. This ceramic atomization R&D process allows the heater, oil-delivery system, and operating parameters to be developed as one coordinated system.

As a cannabis vaporization technology company, Maxcore combines oil analysis, ceramic engineering, and real-oil testing to support distillate, live resin, rosin, and other suitable formulations. The result is hardware developed around the oil's characteristics, helping cannabis vape brands pursue more consistent oil delivery, vaporization, and flavor expression.
